Purpose

- Repairs, alterations and additions to houses/ flats by individuals.
Quantum
Maximum of Rs. 60.00 lakhs for purchase/construction/extension of house/flat, etc. Rs. 10.00 lakhs for repairs, renovation, etc
Repayment Period
- Loan period is Max 9 years for upto Rs. 10 lakhs.
- Repairs, renovation loan period is Max 7 years for loan below Rs.5 lakhs
Security
- Simple Mortgage by deposit of all original title deeds of the property to be financed / Equitable mortgage of the Land and building after completion of construction of house property subject to legal clearance by panel advocate, valuation by panel valuer approved by Board and inspection of the property by authorized officer of the Bank.
